Our Christmas trip to Rose Vista in Pakenham had 41 members attend. The garden began 20 years and is continually evolving and expanding with great examples of colour and texture. Our host, Meryl has some beautiful roses, salvias, copse of trees, succulents, and natives - 2.5 acres of farm garden with natives, 200+ rose, perennials, salvias and copse of ornamental trees. She made us most welcome with yummy scones and a cuppa.
We had a lovely three course lunch at Castellos Hotel in Pakenham.
Then we all thoroughly enjoyed Banksia Nursery in Wantirna South, finding a wide array plants and presents to fill the bus for our return journey.
