CMGC Annual General Meeting

CMGC 43^rd AGM will be held on the 11^th August 2022 commencing at 10am at Lynden Hall, Camberwell Petanque Club.

Please advise if you are able to be part of the Committee to keep our Club continuing to provide the fabulous fellowship and gardening activities we all enjoy - we need you.

At the conclusion of the AGM, members will then go to lunch held offsite – location to be advised on the day of the AGM. Cost $5. Monies will be collected at July meeting.

All Committee positions will become vacant effective at the AGM and will be open for nomination to be filled for 2022/2023:

· President

· Vice President

· Secretary

· Treasurer

· Membership Coordinator & Assistant

· Speaker Co-ordinator & Assistant

· Trips Co-ordinator & Assistant

· Committee Member

Volunteers

· Plant Stall

· Trips write up

· Others

Please give consideration to nominating for a role on the Committee or volunteering, including those members who have recently joined. Expressions of interest to be on the new Committee are now being sought so please do not hesitate to reply on this email or see me at the July meeting.

It would assist greatly if nominations for positions are received between now and prior to the AGM so elections of the new committee can proceed smoothly at the AGM.

The success of the club continuing is dependent on an active working committee,
